Bee pollen

Bee pollen is considered one of nature’s most complete foods due to its high level of essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

Bee pollen is collected when the bees land on the petals of the flowers and gather the pollen into ‘baskets’ on their hind legs. The bees combine the daily harvested pollen with the nectar to form granules that they use for feeding.

Bee pollen is used all around the world by as a daily supplement to boost energy and health. Our bee pollen comes from the uncultivated upland landscapes of Spain’s interior. The bees really enjoy buzzing around undisturbed in these wild landscapes, typically collecting pollen from rock rose, sage, purple viper’s bugloss, oak and poppy flowers.
